A: We send reminders 2 days before your scheduled cleaning and within an hour window of the teams arrival.
A: We send all potential customers a form to fill out that gives us all the information we need to quote your home, but if you prefer we can give you an in person estimate.

A: No, as long as we have a way to get in whether it is a key, a code, or simply leaving the door unlocked, there is no need for you to be home.
A: Yes! We do not pick up your stuff and then clean. Here are some simple steps to follow prior to us arriving.
• Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the cleaning person(s) is usually the best method. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home.
• Turn off alarm system. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
• Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charge.
A: All Meticulous Ladies Employees are equipped with everything they need to clean your home! If you have any products you’d prefer for us to use, let us know and we will put a note in. We request that you leave the product out on the day of cleaning.
A: Most customers leave the payment on their counter on the day of cleaning, but we're also able to provide an invoice through Quickbooks and you can pay online using your checking account.
A: Regular, a.k.a maintenance, cleaning includes all the routine cleaning tasks that are typically required to keep a property in good shape. Deep cleaning, on the other hand, is required when a property hasn’t been cleaned in a while and extra work is needed to elevate it back to a high standard of cleanliness. Deep cleanings typically take more time because they're more intensive. Move-in & move-out cleanings are deep cleanings that are carried out between a property’s occupants.
